Medium-long, wire-coiled, dark green, whole leaf with a proportion of tips, distinctly sweet aroma.
The infusion is excellent, full-bodied, balanced, relatively smooth, fresh greenish, sweet herbal flavour with slightly spicy notes.

Jasmine scented Chinese green tips tea. One of the most famous representatives of hand-shaped teas, also known as ‘dragon eyes’, although the appearance of the leaf is better described by the translation ‘dragon eye-like’. Tips and the first two leaves carefully rolled into regular balls, the light green infusion of the tips is dusty, sweetish, very delicate with a harmonious and balanced, sweet jasmine component.

JAPANESE GREEN TEAS

A high quality grade of traditional Japanese Sencha green tea from the Tarumizu region of Kagoshima Prefecture, from the Yabukita cultivar, with an increased content of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA, 4-aminobutyric acid) thanks to a special production process without the presence of air.
Longer, dark green, tightly rolled in glossy needles, unsorted leaf with a noticeable proportion of petioles, slightly sweetish aroma.
The infusion is excellent, full-bodied, fresh, balanced, relatively smooth, sweetish, winding flavour with slightly darker, nutty notes.

CHINESE AND VIETNAMESE OOLONGS

A delicious grade of the famous semi-green tea from the spring harvest in the Anxi region of China, also known as the “Iron Goddess of Mercy”.
Uniformly rolled into balls, the leaf is of a greener type, with a slightly floral (minty) aroma.
The infusion is fresh, quite full, balanced, herbaceous, slightly sweetish taste with slightly floral spicy notes and a good aftertaste.

An excellent variant of the well-known oolong of very good quality, from the mountainous regions of Vietnam, reminiscent in taste and character of light Taiwanese oolongs of the Four Season type.
Very good quality, rolled into balls leaf with a slightly balsamic aroma.
A full-bodied, balanced, greenish floral flavour with a slightly spicy finish.

CHINA DARK TEAS

An excellent grade of Yunnan black tea from the Cang Yuan district, inhabited by the Wa ethnic group, which lies on the very border with Burma, from the first spring harvest before the Qing Ming jie (Festival of Purity and Brightness).
A tightly rolled long leaf in the shape of neat needles, with a large proportion of golden tips.
The infusion is excellent, full-bodied, balanced, floral-sweet, herbal, lighter in flavour with honey and chocolate notes.

China Yunnan Lincang Ming Qian JIN SONG ZHEN (GOLDEN PINE NEEDLE) Superior Black Tea

The highest quality grade among Keemun teas, where only the smallest leaves of the highest quality are processed.
A neat leaf of very good quality, characteristically very small for this grade, uniformly rolled into the shape of delicate needles.
The infusion has an excellent, full and balanced flavour with sweet chocolate and honey notes.

China Anhui KEEMUN HAO YA Special Black Tea.

Pu Erh basic grade tea pressed into small bowls convenient to use. The infusion has a very good, pleasantly concentrated, slightly earthy, grassy taste with a noticeable metallic aroma.
